Terms & Conditions
- 50% of the total service fee has to be paid as deposit for confirmation of booking. Such deposit is non-refundable irrespective of any reason.
- The balance of the service fee has to be paid on the date of service.
- The date of service cannot be changed upon confirmation of booking.
- An additional fee of HK$200 per hour will be charged for any appointment before 7:30a.m. Partial hour will be considered as full hour.
- An additional fee of HK$500 per half an hour will be charged for service after 10:30p.m.
- A security deposit of HK$300 will be collected for each hair accessory on the date of service. Such deposit will be refunded once the hair accessory is returned without any damage and in good condition.
- The hair accessory has to be returned to W Gallery within two days after the date of service. W Gallery may forfeit the security deposit for any late return.
- If the hair accessory is returned in a damaged or dirty condition that exceeds normal wear and tear, W Gallery may, at its sole and absolute discretion, deduct the cost of repair from the security deposit or forfeit the security deposit.
